I cannot get these tires to seat on the rim, even after soapy oceans of water and industrial compressors through a non valve stemmed hole. Even tried the 2" ratchet strap around the circumference and warming them up.

Any issue to running tubes?

i moved the remaining elastic straps to the back support and tossed two foam seat pads under the seat. They work perfect. Picked them up from Walmart for $6 total. Sounds like I need to take it off. What's the trick to getting at the bolt on the back? I can use a 1/2" crows foot for the front, not so easy to access the rear bolt.
