Yes, there's a typo. They are 13" rims. Would I be better off with 14" rims?
I'm from Canada. New world guy who prefers old world spelling.

Hi Folks, I'm not a tyre wizard and I need a little advice. I've found a local guy who is selling some old 14 inch Fiat rims with new m/t tyres. The tyres are 175/70R13.
