Hello, I have an electric fuel pump and a Zenith NDIX carb. I started my Haflinger after several months in the garage. The electric fuel pump continues to pump (even when the engine is not running, but ignition on) and petrol leaks out of the left side (looking from back of vehicle) of the carbureto...

If others have this issue ... I put gasket sealant on the shaft / inside the pulley and it appears to have worked.

Hello, thanks for all the replies. The drain plug being "in" and the resulting condensation might explain the rust on the input shaft and clutch mechanism. I think I will leave the gearbox oil seal alone ... if it was broken then the shaft would be covered in oil and not rusty. With regard...
