Brill'Video, I agree with jhon regarding the standard roll over bar, see damage done with the Haf' that went through the hedge and rolled, ir the rally took place today would never pass ' elf and safety regulations ' still fun to watch though.

Got some prices and it makes more sense for me to build my own variation of the exhaust system, so unless someone comes up with a deal soon, I shall attack the exhaust system this coming weekend. As John says the towbar on a Haflinger is suitable for recovery because it is fixed to numerous places on the vehicle. I think though that it should be a genuine Steyr Puch Towbar as I have seen various non standard ones which I would not, in my opinion, have used for recovery, and I do agree that t...

Hi Kerry and Julian, just putting in my two penneth, Kerry good Idea about taking the towball out and replacing with a shackle, however a lot of towballs ( not tow bars ) are fixed with 2 bolts and not removable, so in this case a purpose fixed recover eye would be the answer, Julian, looking at Ker...

Hi Czechsix, John is correct about how much power the Dynastart kicks out. on the Haflinger Radio Truck ( Funk Haflinger ) there was a power take off which was conected to a generator that charged a bank of extra batteries for the radio. Regards Pete E
