Rick in Sydney has a set of new Mayolas plus two new Semperits on ebay at the moment

The seller said he shorted himself on the freight for my set but honoured it anyway. I guess he hadn't shipped to Australia recently and discovered the actual cost was a bit higher??

btw, I asked for a set of 5 and he put a set with a new price for me to buy straight away.

Turns out it's the YYY0216 number. So they were made the 2nd week of 2016. They certainly reek of new-ness

hmmmm. The only molded numbers that aren't the tyre size or tyre model are

67068 -05

and

YYY0216

There's a white stamped number 526

Also a very tiny QR Code sticker with two codes...E2989 and 612L9

Edit - also found a very small molded E2989.......perhaps 1989.....smell like new

Thanks John and Garry, I have a set of original 12" rims but the tyres were toast. Found some fiat/alfa wheel with tyres but didn't realise they had two stud sizes. Cheers.

Hi Gary, Quick question. I also have a set of fiat rims and although they fit the hub snuggly, it looks my wheels are for 12mm studs. So the standard 10mm haf nuts look like they screw into the wheel holes too far. Hard to explain but I think a 12mm wheel nut has a bigger hex head than the 10mm ones...
