Hi All, just a quick reply to the MOT exemption of pre 1960's vehicles, firstly, I can't understand the DVLA's decision on why they have done this ( mind you the DVLA is a law unto its self ) secondly, you can still have pre 1960's vehicles MOT'd if you wish to and thirdly, I do agree with Garry tha...
