Yah, what's happening on the body is that the undercoating is flaking off in large sheets, it bubbles and then traps material....then goes to rusting. If I was smart (I'm not), I'd take the whole thing and dip/strip/blast/etch prime it for a new coat of paint (not happening!) I really need a build ...

For the rear "door" a pair of the Peel n Stick Tarp Zippers would do the trick and take about 60 seconds to install. I am sure you could find locally or order online easily. Here in Kanada they are about $10 for a pair. http://www.zipup.com/pages/zipup-dust-debris-containment-company/conta...
