Brake pipe between master cylinder and reservoir

I am about to fit a brake pipe between the brake master cylinder, under the steering and the brake fluid reservoir on the left hand side of the front panel/scuttle/cab (called a dash in the parts manual??). I am making the piece from a straight length of pipe (bendable by hand). I don't have an old ...

Re: Steering being put back in the Haf today

Many thanks,

I had totally forgot about the speedo cable. Close shave!

The steering mechanism seems nice and tight.

Steering being put back in the Haf today

I am about to reconnect the steering shaft to the drop arm and steering drag arm. Apart from ensuring that the wheels are straight and the shaft is mid-point between full left lock and full right lock, is there anything else I should be aware of or take into consideration?

Cheers

Re: Haflinger windscreen supports (pair) needed.

I am after a pair of the same as I expect are a number of members. I know a number of companies in the UK who are very good at making hood sticks, perhaps we could do a survey to judge everyone's needs and make a bulk order.

Re: Help with ignition wiring

Many thanks Jim,

So if I have understood you correctly then 4mm live wire from solenoid goes to 15 on ignition.

Not sure I follow with regard to comments to B+ and 30.

Cheers

Re: Help with ignition wiring

Hi Jim,

I have the owners manual as well but it does not have the wiring diagram, just checked it thoroughly and definitely there is no wiring diagram.

Thanks again for the help.

I am in the process of completing the rebuild of the wiring loom (the old one was burnt out when I bought it). I need some help with connecting the 4mm red wire that comes from the solenoid to the ignition on the dash. The dash has 5 terminals labeled 15, 17, 19, 30, and one which has no number. Can...

Battery, solenoid, voltage regulator, dynastarter. As I understand it originally the battery would have been earthed directly to,the battery box....

Help

The Lambo Tractor has broken down and we are hoping to start the vendage (harvest)!tomorrow. Any Hafs in the vicinity of Lot et Garonne that want to help. At 1.35 meters wide they are narrow enough to get down the vines.

Hi John,

Yep, your Dremel suggestion worked a treat, albeit at the cost of 3 cutting wheels. Thanks again for the idea.

Re: Headlights. ... New thread

The lights are disassembled and the issue is that at some point each lens has been epoxied to the reflector so splitting without damaging is going to be impossible. Looks like araldite has been used.

Cheers
