Re: Fuel tank lining clogging line and carby

Cheers John,

Well explained. Just like I have done it on a myriad of occasions. I was just wondering if anyone had one so as to save me all the hassle.

Re: Fuel tank lining clogging line and carby

On the subject of fuel tanks, does anyone have a dipstick for a late model fuel tank ( under front seat). If someone has one could they let me know the volume markings so that I could make one.

Just select any region on the map and you will then get a menu to enter details in. I suggest you select all of France in the 3rd box, Toute La France.

Re: Fuel tank lining clogging line and carby

I have just bought a new fuel tank from Haflinger Technic. It was not sealed internally. I asked Dale what I should use and his response was it isn't necessary. Discuss!

I just bought a set for a VW Beetle. They work great and being a 4 cylinder you get a spare set. Cost next to nothing.

Re: Shuush The Little Haffies Are Sleeping

Hi Garry,

It is is a great shame, because in the 25 years I lived in Sydney I found that Gallipoli had become a very divisive and politicised subject.
Check out Gallipoli from above by Hugh Dolan (RAAF).

Re: Shuush The Little Haffies Are Sleeping

I am still in Australia and depart tomorrow which is ANZAC day. Have just been told by a guy in a pub that he didn't believe there were any Poms at Gallipolli because he had never been told that. I didn't have the nerve to tell him that 10,000 French died there as well. Back in France on Monday wher...

Hi Danny. No, I am not ex-3RAR but ex 2 SQN RAF Regiment, we had an airborne role in the early eighties when the theory was we would secure fwd operating areas for Harriers behind enemy lines. Nice in theory. I met a few ex 3 RAR guys when I moved to Sydney. In fact just arrived back in Sydney today...
