I'm not sure what rpm it spins at, I will find out. It seems to me it is factory fitted. It only has the left hand rear seat foot well and on the right hand side has a lift up flap for belts to come through and hook up to an attachment. The belts are still there.

Hi I have been asked to advertise a Haflinger for sale by the owner. He says it has a reco engine, reco brakes, service and spare parts manuals, it has some rust in the rear seat footwells. Has 2 doors, the canvas canopy is worn and torn. Asking $8000. He lives up near Albury, Victoria, Australia.
