John the wheels now sit vertically it is just that the tail is about 1cm low - only notice it from a distance but then I am looking at it without my xyz kg sitting in the front so maybe when I am in the drivers seat all is good.

Have you looked to see if you have the rubber bit between the platform and the chassis arms? Maybe the back ones are a bit tired?
