High country where?

Helps if you fill out the location box in your profile for those of us living in other parts of the world!

Those wheels look huge! Bet you lose a lot of power just trying to turn them... Do you have a heater in the Haf, or are you just going to wear more clothes?

Have you hit the "DONATE" button at the bottom of the page after reading this post? Many thanks if you have!!

John that is New South Wales - so good old Aust. The high country is a term used for our alpine region just to the south west of where I live - crossing from NSW into Victoria.

mqh00n - sorry don't know your name - I am sure the Haffie will go well but are you sure that grenade towing it will get there

Where you going ?

Sorry Gary, my 4.2 patrol won't grande any time soon, it only has 430,000km on it, it's just worn in!

Yep tractors do last that long. (for those who don't get diesel patrols in their countries - the earlier 3 litre diesel tend to have engine failures and are called Grenades but at the opposite end of the reliability scale are the 4.2 diesels in the same vehicle which go forever but take a lifetime to get there - still quicker than a Haffie though)

I am interested in where the bridge is - when I was a teenager well over 40 years ago we were on holiday in the Jindabyne/Eucumbene area and I remember a bridge very much like that one - was a bit tight for our Valiant to drive over but an old Landrover managed to drive over.
