My 1962 (Reseda Green) Haflinger has four green seats. Does anyone know if this would have been an "original" feature, or would all seats have been black ex factory?

I have to say that I quite like the green plastic, but might be tempted to have them re-covered in black if that is more appropriate.

Hi Julian,
Although a bit rare, green seat upholstery was available for Haflingers. It is more commonly found in Series 1 than later production years. I recommend that you keep yours as green.
Cheers,
Steve

I also think that the green seats are original!

Kind regards,

I believe some of the Austrlian Army and early Series I haflingers sent to Australia had the olive green vynil seats as well. Indeed I have some old examples. However Ive looked hard at finding new vynil to make new covers, but cant find anything close. Does anyone know of anywhere that can supply this green to match?

Rick,

How about this place? You can request samples to check how good the match is.
