Later this month will see the running of the annual Bay to Birdwood car rally, Birdwood (South Australia) being the home of the National Motor Museum. This year, being the 60th anniversary of the Haflinger, will see at least 12 Haflingers taking part, gathering near Adelaide from all parts of the country. I myself am in deep preparation for my 4600km round trip to the event.
I'm looking forward to meeting the other "Haffers" and will of course take many photos of the occasion. There will be approx 1750 vehicles built between 1956 and 1986 in the rally.
