Cross reference lists

Post by StuartR »

I assembled an Excel list a while ago and have added a few bits to it, also a bearing/seal list I was working on. Hopefully both will be attached below!!
If not can someone let me know the best way to share it?

Hi Stuart - can you go into User Control Panel and then into your Profile and put in your location - it is helpful to know where members are.

Thanks

Thanks Stuart - great. This is a world wide forum and it helps to know where people are. When you say that you are working on your Haffie and it is 40 outside I know it is a bit cool where if I say it is 40 outside you know it is bloody hot.

Cheers

Does anyone know what other cars have the same coil? The Parts Book states "901.0757 (Bosch TK 12 A3)", but I can't find that Bosch ref on Google from a UK vendor.

Can someone try using this link to see if it will give the UK Bosch catalog, listing all the Bosch part numbers for the Haflinger.

http://www.bosch-automotive-catalog.com ... ent-tab-10

Julian,

Below is what I have copied from the above catalog relating to the ignition coil. Top bit is the current Bosch part number. Then there is a whole long list of other manufacturers and part numbers which are supposedly direct comparisons.

Designation Installation restriction Bosch order number Info Actions
Ignition/glow system
Ignition coil (TK 12 A 3) -> 01/1975 0 221 119 027
Ignition coil (ZS-A 55 MM) -> 02/1975 F 000 ZS0 027
Ignition coil -> 02/1975 0 221 119 027

Current part number: 0221119027 (sticking this into Google produces some suppliers)

Cant really help with your question - I use a Bosch GT40 coil (no resistor) on my Haflinger - it is a general Sports coil that has the correct resistance and also works fine with points or Petronix in a Haffie. I did google it on UK sites but it kept referring me back to Aussie sites - so the GT40 seems to be Aussie only. I am sure the same coil would be available in the UK but marketed as something else.

Good luck with it

Came across this whilst looking for an air filter for Lurch:-

http://www.yoyopart.com/oem/3699173/pbr ... nterchange

Prices vary a huge amount so it will pay you to hunt for suppliers.

Have you downloaded the excel spreadsheet to your computer? Yo can try right clicking on the link, then choose save link as.

If you have a relatively new version of Microsoft Office you should be able to open it. It has several sheets in it nicely categorised.
