Haflinger for sale Australia

Just noticed there is a nice looking Haflinger for sale in Melbourne:

Was also listed last year - I guess it did not sell. Seems in reasonable usable condition except for the tyres. Though the weight in all that steelwork must have an impact on performance.

Can't imagine the steel helps the stability on a side slope much either, especially with all that crap on the roof. He'd be better ditching it all, would look better then too.
