Pad for when you fold the windscreen down, On the sloping front body above the headlights,
Or under the front folding seat frame.

I was going to say a spare wheel pad on a Landrover for when the spare is stored on the bonnet - however after reading Dave's response I will go for that :)

Sloping front panel next to steyr badge,
Im not sure what they hold, as my Haf does not have them.
