Happened to notice the reversing lights on this 1971 VW T2 van the other day, and thought that they looked remarkably similar to the indicators & early rear lights on Haflingers. Thought that it might worth investigating re: a possible alternative source of replacements. This UK site sells them, and no doubt others do too. Whether or not they actually fit I am not sure.
The number plate light clusters might work too?

Re: Indicators & rear light lenses
More than likely, they are Hella (German) or Bosch (German) so it is quite likely that the parts bin had items from either / or it at some point. It appears most manufactures of vehicles source the electrical stuff in batches.
Various other items on a Haflinger can be sourced from VW's range of vehicles of the time, so why not electrical stuff.
