I am returning back to the old country for a couple of weeks in April as my son is getting married. I have been in contact with Dale from Haflinger Technik, who advises me he has a Lwb Haf with an original canvas hood in a museum in East Kilbride, Scotland. I have been in contact with the museum curators regarding my visit. They have just given me permission to pass the barriers and take measurements and photos of the hood :D . I have also arranged to meet Dale at the new Haflinger Technik premises in Carluke as they are not far apart. I visited the old premises in Lanark in 2008, the last time I was in the UK. so hopefully there will be 2 good days with the wedding and the Scotland visit.
