ex-Australian Army Master Cylinder on ebay

Post by Rick K »

This one is ex-Australian Army stock, assuming the box and label are original to the part: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/181247975208 ... 172wt_1089

The label gives the army part number, and the red-pencil strike-through on the label is characteristic of all army stock parts (but Im not certain why).

Good find,

If I bought it and had it shipped to the UK. It would probably have travelled further than most Haflingers without ever having been fitted to one!

Have you hit the "DONATE" button at the bottom of the page after reading this post? Many thanks if you have!!

That was quick - I looked at it about an hour ago and it was still there - I bet someone off here bought it after seeing Rick's post. I have a search programmed for Haflinger stuff and nothing came up as it was listed as Puch with no reference to Haflinger.

I would say well bought.

Yes That was quick.

When I went to pick up he asked me what it was off as the seller did not know. Any way saves me buying one from UK or a VW one.

Also he had another one so I bought that one too.

Thanks for the tip Rick as I missed it as well.
