Re: Clutch cable and wiring loom
Sorry, didn't get around to take photo but did find rubber sleeve on pipe work at the chassis. Rubber sleeve about 100mm long. Also find some tubing among spares that I will have to heat and curve to get a direct route to pedal. Will take a pic in morning, cheers

Re: Clutch cable and wiring loom
So if I cut a hole and weld in a metal tube into footwell inside the steering housing, I then just get a rubber sleeve between the chassis tube and the footwell tube? Sounds about right! I will post a few photos from what I can see, thanks

Re: Where to mount rear mudguards
My mudguards also come with an additional plate to mount lights perpendicular instead of on an angle as are the guards! Maybe I'm overthinking it all, and should bolt guards down then weld light brackets to guards. There are no pre drilled holes in guards.

Re: Where to mount rear mudguards
Any ideas on where wiring from lights goes?? A mate suggested running light cables on inside of mudguard may not comply with trying to get vehicle registered, the ultimate goal!!!! Would I need to fabricate a cover, obviously not ideal running wiring on inside of mudguards anyway!!!!

I think dale from Haflingertechnik showed a photo of a bent tube that clutch cable travels through to a...

Not sure on language barrier?? I know Malcolm and dad spent a reasonable mount of time with the aboriginal folk, and he certainly picked up some of their traditional language, guess they worked it out among themselves????

Where to mount rear mudguards
Hello out there, my name is Adam and am slowly putting my recently purchased haf back together. It came with some fabricated mud guards, not sure if from Haflingertechnik or locally made,? Obviously go behind engine inspection plates and a few other holes that I assume are for rear light wiring. Jus...

Re: New member from west oz
Not sure if the right answer Rick but the trick for me is to not have to ask the question to anyone! However you do have to go through a divorce for that advantage?? My dad and mum took the movies to South Africa as they thought they would go down well as they had no Rv at the time, however the raci...

Re: New member from west oz
Planning on being able to use it as a semi regular drive around car!! As for keeping it original, would definitely like to keep it close but not sure?? Some rear guards that have been fabricated came with it, not sure if through Haflingertechnik or custom made, some rear led lights also came with it...
