Do I have to remove suspension springs to remove the upper bushing for the upper swivel pin? Maybe remove limit straps to let swing arm drop down to get upper bushes out?? Obviously I'm no mechanic, but making good progress.

Haven't had anything to do with speedy sleeves, have ordered parts from dale( we pretty much family now I've got so much stuff off him!). Front hub oil leaks
Both front hubs are leaking oil at the cv joints. One side on the wheel side of cv and other side on swing axle side. Swing axle side looks like 2 rubber seals and a race in parts book. Wheel side also has some rubber seals in parts book. Anyone changed these seals and any tricks I should know about...

Yeah, as the holes in the fairings for the exhaust don't quite line up I'm sure it is due to the manifold not being exact to original, will try post a photo of how close I could get it, thanks.

New exhaust
So I've just installed new exhaust manifold and silencer from Haflingertechnik, all good and sounding sweet, however can't get silencer to line up with mounting bracket. Loosened everything off to try align but out by almost an inch! Guessing due to new exhaust manifolds not being perfect replicas??...

Brakes and lines already in place, just working out line from master cylinder to diverted at front of vehicle. Using solid brake line, not Flexi!!

Hi all, just trying to work out connection between resovoir to brake line. Have new resovoir with material type outlet. Brake line is loose fit in, what is the best way of making this seal???
