Re: hard to start my haflinger
Hi Fred,
Can you post a picture of what needs to be mounted to the body and how you did it?
Did you drill holes, have to add a bracket, etc?
Thanks,
Dan

Thanks for posting
They fix better than I thought they would and the lug is VERY aggressive!
Best part is that they are street legal - perhaps these are the XM47's of the Hafi world![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)
What's the weight per tire like?

They look good!
I see 5 - are you going to modify the spare tire holder so it can carry the spare?

Re: 6x6 Hafi for Sale
Pity all 4 rear wheels are constantly driven, would have been nice to be able to have two wheel drive, 4 wheel drive, 6 wheel drive along with all independent differential locks. Not sure you would ever get it registered in the U.S. as I believe it went there a couple of years ago and never left th...

Re: Clunk in the Drivetrain
Just drove to my storage area and pulled out all my part bins
Found the rear stones
My bad - just wanted to clear it up so their is no misinformation out there!
Glad you got them realigned and the shaft back in!

Re: Clunk in the Drivetrain
What did Robert say??? I thought they would send you a replacement large gear do to the catastrophic nature of the failure. It seems pretty clear by your photos that the damage was not caused by lack of oil, incorrect installation or misalignment issues. Not really good marketing for their gears at ...

Re: Clunk in the Drivetrain
Holy crap!! This does not make me feel good as I purchased the same gears 2 months ago - makes me think twice before installing!! Really sorry and unfortunately I have no clue what would cause something like that, so I am no use to you on that front Are you going to contact Prokschi and show them yo...

Re: Has anyone used the Maxsport R81 12" tires?
Keep us posted
I almost bought them as I saw reviews saying they were smaller - just remember that they want an 8" rim vs 6" so may be a bit taller on a Hafi
Good luck - they def are aggressive!

Re: Clunk in the Drivetrain
I would start with the basics and check all the oil levels in the hubs, then pull wheels and drums, then you can spin various wheels and clearly see CV's etc Did you try engaging the diff locks and then disengaging just to cycle them? Keep us posted on what you find - hoping it is something simple l...

Re: Has anyone used the Maxsport R81 12" tires?
Wow nice find!
I and countless others have searched for aggressive 12" tires. Assuming these are road legal?
Next stop Google to look them up
Thx
Edit: assume they are the RB1

Re: Is it getting cold where you are?
14 and driving a topless Hafi = freakin cold!
I only know this because of my driving 2 years ago to storage - poor thing is now just a pile of parts.
I need the whole summer off, perhaps then I could get it finished and I could get it back on the road/trail
Enjoy the heat Garry![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)
