I have been told by Matthias Prokschi that the plastic end-plugs for the Haflinger bumpers are not available.
Does anyone have experience with any other vendors products for fit/finish?

Previous owner got his from Haflinger technic. That is what it says on one of the invoices dated 2013.

You should find something suitable in your local hardware store or furniture shop as they are very similar to rubber plugs/protectors that go on the bottom of tubular furniture legs.

The are the Haflinger Technik units fitting ok? I had one person tell me they were too narrow and slipped out when the vehicle went over a bump.

Mine are fine and I used a rubber mallet to tap them in.

If you can't buy any, then you will either have to make some yourself or get someone to make some for you.
Should be a easy enough job if you can find suitable plastic to put in a lathe. There are various sorts of "Engineering plastics" available which are designed to be hard enough to be machined.
